Error: (Error -1170 Unable to access DAP

Hi,

I am programming the µC CC2652R1 from Texas Instruments.
After an unspecific time, the error as in the image shown appears.

As debugger the XDS110 is used.
The program implements the TI-RTOS.
The error only appears, when starting one specific project. I checked 
all hardware connections to the debugger and they seem to be fine.

Do you have any idea what can cause this error?
