Forum: Analoge Elektronik und Schaltungstechnik Hameg 203-7 assembly -- picture of the assembled PCB needed

Dear friends, electronic engineers and technicians,
I got stuck in a repair of my Hameg 203-7 that should be simple (I had
to replace the Y-POS I plastic shaft, because its top was broken and
then cut off), but ended up in a tedious and frustrating job just
because I had to dismantle the lower PCB to approach the part.

Now I'm reassembling the PCB and resoldering its wires. But I got stuck
with what screws should go on which transistor on the rear of the PCB,
because I forgot to make a picture BEFORE removing the screws!

I insert the photo made just after I unscrewed the screws (bolts) from
the two transistors on the right of the picture (the ones which have the
plastic bolts --- this I know), and after unscrewing the T201 and T203.

So, the questions are:
1. What kind of bolt comes to the T201 and T203, the plastic or metal? I
have just one more plastic bolt and don't know where to put it!
2. I also have one transparent plastic RECATANGULAR washer, which should
come as an insulator behind one of the transistors, but which one? By
its size, it is just slightly bigger than the IC21 (the transistor-like
stabilizer in the rear left corner of the PCB), but I don't see that it
was behind it on the photo, and the photo was taken before the screw
from the IC21 was removed.

I've written the rest of things carefully, but am just desperately
needing the photo of these PCB with correctly placed screws and nuts.
The photo from behind the rear metal plate would be also welcome.

Please, can you help? It will be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance, mit freundliche grussen,

Robert (aus Kroatien)

I'll attach a picture which i took a few months ago when cleaning the
switches and pots in my Hameg HM203-6.
Its not the detail you might wish but it might help nevertheless.
The plastic screw is on T201 and both Transistors on the right are
mounted on the thicker plastic columns.

Just took the cover off of my trusty old 203-7. Hope this helps.
