USB-Isolator - DIP-Schalter?

Hallo zusammen,
auf Ebay werden ja diese USB-Isolatoren verkauft. Weiß einer wofür der 
rote DIP-Schalter ist bzw. was man damit einstellt?

Vermutlich Low-Speed (1,5Mbit/s) und Full-Speed (12Mbit/s).
