ich benötige mal euer Schwarmwissen :-) Ich bin auf der Suche nach einen Ersatz (da nicht lieferbar) für den VNP35N07-E.
Die Features/Daten die ich benötige wären:
VDS: ~70 V RDSon: ~0.028 Ω Id: ~35 A
Built-in thermal shutdown, linear current limitation and overvoltage clamp protect the chip in harsh environments. Fault feedback can be detected by monitoring the voltage at the input pin.
- Diagnostic feedback through input pin

- Compatible with standard Power MOSFET

Welche Hersteller haben noch fully autoprotected Power MOSFET (SmartFETs)? Auf den Herstellerseiten wird man direkt nicht fündig, oder ich bin blind :-)
Vielleicht könnt Ihr mir ein paar Tipps und Vorschläge geben. Alternativ wäre auch die SMD-Variante okay.
