Hi,

I'm looking for the HP 08590-80105 PAL program (or fuse map) used in the 
8590
A/E-series spectrum analyzers. It is a 20-pin GAL16V8 and is used in 
several
circuit boards, for example:

HP 08590-60396  memory card reader
HP 5063-0635  tracking generator control board
HP 5062-8232  LO distribution amplifier control board
