Agilex-5 programming fehler

mit einer Agilex-5 platine kommt bei programmierung folgende fehler:

Error(18950): Device has stopped receiving configuration data
Error(18948): Error message received from device: Bitstream error. 
(Subcode 0x0093, Info 0x00000003, Location 0x00000800)
Error(18948): Error message received from device: Device specification 
(SKU ID) of the target device used in bitstream generation does not 
match physical device.
Error(23925): Debug suggestion: Verify that the device OPN selected in 
Quartus Prime matches exactly with the OPN of your hardware device.
Error(209012): Operation failed

habe schon alles versucht immer das gleiche fehler. ideen was man noch 
machen kann damit es geht?

Design is LED blinky ohne HPS, device ist A5EE013BB23BE6S

Problem ursache ist klar, eine WARNUNG hatte am ende was:

Critical Warning(18636): Compilation Report contains advance 
information. Specifications for device A5EE013BB23BE6S are subject to 
change. Contact Altera for information on availability. No programming 
file will be generated.

Interessant is das in einem anderen projet das gleiche device auswählen 
kann und da kommt auch SOF datei raus!

Ich stand letztens auch mit so einem Fehler da. Irgendwann habe ich 
begriffen, das ich mein Bitstream in's falsche FPGA laden wollte. Kaum 
passte die ID im Bitstream zur ID im FPGA ging es auch schon...

Nur so als Idee.

ja das ist das problem, ich kann die richtige SOF gar nicht generieren, 
es kommt dies Warnung, und kein SOF. Muss ich auf Altera antwort warten, 
aber unser Altera FAE is heute nicht erreichbar :( muss warten...
