PCD8544 Nokia 3310 LCD

Hallo Leute,

ich suche vergeblich den LCD Treiber PCD8544 von Philips.
Leider wird dieser nicht mehr produziert.
Diese Frage ist es, gibt es ein Vergleichstyp oder kennt ihr noch ein 
Händler der diese ICs verkauft ?

Für was benötigst du den? Im Nokia-LCD ist der bereits integriert.

Ist dann im Nokia 3310 LCD-Display der PCD8511 integriert?
Ich habe mir das Display jetzt bestellt und will es mit einem 
Mikrocontroller ansteuern.

Normalerweise sollte der PCxxxxxx (wie auch immer) integriert sein. Hab 
bisher zumindest noch nix anderes gehört. Wo hast du es denn bestellt? 
Hätte nämlich auch gern welche, hab aber keine Lust, die Dinger im 
Ausland zu bestellen.

ich meinte eigentlich PCD8544. Hatte mich verschrieben.

Schau mal hier rein , dort bekommst du sie für ca. 6 Euro.
Versand 4 Euro.

wenn du das ding angeschlossen hast wärs schön wenn du mal ne kleine
doku dazu schreiben würdest, hatte nämlich die gleiche idee :)

Schaut mal hier, gibts alles schon ....
Ich hab mir auch über Ebay ein Nokia 3310-LCD bestellt.

Ich will dies mit einem 1200S betreiben, die Daten (ASCII-Tabelle, und
Symbole) sollen in einem externen EEPROM (24C64) abgelegt sein
und von dort geholt werden.
Mal schauen.....oder mit des Kaisers Worten "Schau ma mal"
