Hallo des hab ich in einem polnischen forum gefunden es scheint zu 
funktionieren.



it seems to be a problem with eagle.
eagle is checking if files are created with an original or a black 
li*ense

open the eagle.exe with a hex editor and edit following :

differences between original and loadfixed eagle.exe version 4.09r2 
(english and german)

original exe: 75138A45EEC645FE01
patched exe: EB138A45EEC645FE01

original exe: 8D4DDCE8AD40F7FF84C00F8498020000EB0B66837DF1000F
patched exe: 90909090909090909090909090909090EB0B66837DF1000F

then the problem should be away
