Demnach gibts keine Mega im PLCC, nur DIP, MLF und TQFP

laut Datenblatt gibt es die von mir genannten im PLCC. Wahrscheinlich
aber nur auf Anfrage und wenn man 100k+ abnimmt als Ersatz für S8515
und S8535
