msp-gcc make win32 problem

Hallo!

Ich habe den msp-gcc unter WindowsXP installiert. Leider kann ich keine 
Makefiles ausführen. Wenn ich "make" in einem Verzeichnis ausführe, 
indem auch das makefile liegt findet er keine Kommandos.

msp430-gcc: command not found

In der Path Variable steht das bin-directory richtig drin. Wenn ich den 
Compiler direkt von der Kommandozeile aufrufe klappts auch. Make findet 
auch andere Kommandos wie z.b. "rm" nicht. Bin am verzweifeln. Kann mir 
jenmand helfen?

Falsches make benutzt?  Ruf doch mal "make -v" auf, das muss eine
Ausschrift ähnlich dieser hier bringen, wenn es sich um ein GNU make
handelt:
