PsExec kommerzielle Verwendung?

Kennt jemand das Tool PsExec? Kann man bei Microsoft herunterladen ist 
ganz interessant wenn es darum geht von einem Rechner aus ein anders 
Programm auf einem andern Rechner zu starten.

Die Frage ist darf man das Programm in einer kommerziellen Software 
verwenden bin mir nicht sicher siehe Lizenz File.

Problemstellung ich muss von Rechner 1 ein Programm auf einem Rechner 
der sich im Netzwerk befindet starten. Das Programm ist einfach und 
Vorteil es muss nur auf Rechner 1 installiert sein und hat ein paar 
KByte und funktioniert perfekt.
