Debug session hängt mit Meldung "launching 27%."

seit Neuestem hängt die Debug Session beim Starten, mit der Meldung 
"launching 27%...". Evtl. hat schon mal jemand das gleiche Problem 
gehabt und kann mir sagen wie ich das beheben kann.

Ich benutze das Yagarto Paket für den Luminary LM3S6965 - Cortex M3 uC. 
Folgende Meldung bleibt im Debug Fenster von Eclipse stehen:
