So nach langen suchen und durch zufall gefunden
es lag an den filtertreibern im avrdude dieser hatte sich eine xxx0.dll
die 0 habe ich weg gemacht und schon kommt das

Habe nun noch mein MAKEFILE angepasst und suppi es geht rasend schnell.
