Digitaler Spongebob Bilderrahmen für 15€

Habe heute bei "Atzert Elektronic" in Braunschweig (hieß früher mal 
Elektronik Fundgrube Braunscheig) für 15€ diesen Schicken digitalen 
Bilderrahmen gefunden.

Es ist ein 480 x 234, 7" TFT verbaut. Ich werds morgen mal aufschrauben. 
Hat irgendjemand schon etwas aus dem Teil gemacht oder Erfahrungen?

Würde mich sehr interessieren was in diesem Ding steckt (komme auch aus 
Braunschweig, dh. könnte ich auch schnell einige dieser Dinger aus der 
Schrottbude Atzert holen)!
Sollte etwas brauchbares darin sein, kann ich gern Mitarbeit beim 
erschließen anbieten.

Schaut auf den ersten Blick ja nicht so gut aus - keine 
Programmiersteckverbinder, kein (bekannter) Mikrocontroller - scheinbar 
ein dedizierter ASIC zu sein. Soweit also schonmal kein System welches 
sich reprogrammieren lässt und als Hardware-Basis für eigene Projekte 
dienen könnte... Bleibt ja sonst nicht mehr viel übrig, was man mit so 
einem Ding anstellen könnte.
Die Display-Ansteuerung scheint ja auch komplett vom ASIC übernommen zu 
werden - kein LVDS-Interface oder so, also auch nichts nutzbares.

Dennoch: Den Namen des Controllers konnte ich dank dem schwarzen Strich 
darüber nicht erkennen, eine Suche nach 'MF2800'/'MF2800A' verlief 
ergebnislos.

Auch wenn dieser Bilderrahmen scheinbar nicht im Shop auftaucht, könnte 
eine Anfrage per Telefon oder Mail bestimmt weiterhelfen...
Des weiteren, Atzert ist die B-Waren-Bude von EZB (und EZB ist die 
Braunschweig-Niederlassung von ETT), eine Suche in deren Shops könnte 
auch weiterhelfen.

Der Hersteller des SoC SPMF-2800A war Sunplus (sunplus.com).
Die Sparte wurde wohl an Generalplus verkauft.
Ein Datenblatt war bis jetzt nicht aufzutreiben.

Ein richtiges Datenblatt für den Sunplus gibt es nirgends zu finden.
Vielleicht war es ja auch eine Auftragsfertigung von Generalplus.
An den Datenblättern kann man sich aber zumindest orientieren denke ich.
Vielleicht ist ja auch das richtige unter einer anderen Bezeichung 
dabei.
Habe mir schon einige davon angeschaut: google suche mit 
inurl:www.generalplus.com/doc/ds/
sind aber 1680 Ergebnisse. Ein Haufen Datenblätter eben.

..wie gesagt, das Datenblatt ist wohl doch nicht von dem Chip.

Wenn Du von dem Bild in diesem Beitrag oben ausgehst, sind es auf der 
rechten Seite von unten Pin 5 und 6.

Bei meinem PCB ist die Schnittstelle rausgeführt und ich habe die 
Verbindung mit dem Multimeter gemessen. Die Pins müssten stimmen. Könnte 
natürlich auch über das Board sonstwie verbunden sein. Aber auf anderen 
Pins hatte ich keinen Durchgang.

RS232 ist doch genau das was oben ich beschrieben habe.
Dazu ist doch die UART/TTL Schnittstelle da...

Cool wäre es wenn man uCLinux auf dem Chip booten könnte
Dann könnte man das Teil als Steuerung benutzen mit Display.

Habe jetzt an den TP11, TP12 des Spongebobs die serielle Schnittstelle 
lokalisiert. Soweit so gut. Eine Reihe von Befehlen kann ich ebenfalls 
eingeben. Was aber mächtig stört, ist die Nachricht [1], die einmal pro 
Sekunde ausgegeben wird.

Wie kann die abschalten?

Es scheint so, dass LUA zur Verfügung steht. Habe versucht ein 
LUA-Programm, das auf dem Laufwerk D: liegt, zu starten. Hat leider 
nicht funktioniert. Da es bei den meisten (Fehl)eingaben keine 
Rückmeldung gibt. ist es nicht einfach weiterzukommen.
