Probleme hätte die SMD-Bauteile zu löten bin ich noch auf der Suche nach einem Ersatz für die Dioden (BAS 16) in dem Atmel Programmieradapter aus der Appnote 910 in "normaler" Bauform. Ich habe keine Lust, den 90S1200 in SOIC-Bauform aufzulöten und wenn ich schon bohre, dann gleich alles :) Gibt das evtl

welcher der TX mittels eines Mosfet BSS138 auf die 3,3V gebracht wird. Der RX wird mit einer Diode BAS16 auf 1.8V verringert. Ist diese Schaltung verlässlich? Könnte ich auch für RX einen Spannungsteiler mit Widerständen machen? Oder gibt es einen MAX.... für dies, habe nach langem suchen nichts
