XMEGA Hardware-Bug (Kritisch) Gesperrt

Eval-Sample war mit 16MHz beschriftet und der Produktionstyp schaffte nur noch 12MHz. Und beim AT90S8515 blieben von den 20MHz im Datenblatt sogar nur 8MHz in der Serie übrig.
