Welche sollen das sein? Bei mir tut die Schaltung super. Allerdings hab ich mit den empfohlenen BSN20 schlechte Erfahrung gemacht (was aber wahrscheinlich an einem anderen Fehler lag) und nehm daher immer BSH108 oder BSS138.
Betriebsspannung betreibe aber nicht mit 1,8V. Ich habe verschiedene Mosfets getestet wie z.B. BSS123, BSN20, BSS670S2L. Mir ist auch aufgefallen, dass in all den Datenblaettern, wenn vom Threshold geredet wird die V(GS) gleich V(DS) ist - das ist bei mir ja nciht der Fall sondern V(DS)>>V(GS). Mit welchem
