Datenblatt zum AT32UC3Bxxx

Hallo zusammen,

Auf Seite 142 vom "AT32UC3B Series Preliminary (doc32059)" steht zu den 
Einstellungen des PDCA (Peripheral DMA Controller) folgendes:

"The PID (Peripheral Identifier) values for the different peripheral 
modules are implementation specific. See the part specific documentation 
for details. The width of the PID bitfield is implementation specific 
and dependent on the number of peripheral modules in the 
microcontroller."

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen? Habe nirgends ein noch spezifischeres 
Datenblatt gefunden. Es steht meines Wissens auch nichts im Technical 
Reference Manual (doc32002) und Architecture Manual (doc32000).

Weiss jemand wie gross die Rise/Fall-zeiten der GPIO sind. Unter 4ns 
oder muss ich mit mehr rechnen?
