Entgegen einer weitverbreiteten Ansicht, muss man als Privatverkäufer 
weder die Garantie oder eine Gewährleistung ausschliessen, noch eine 
Rücknahme.

Geh' zu Ebay. Da kannst Du so ne Geschichten mit machen. Steht jeden
