L6250N - EnableVoltage = -0,3.7V

Kannst du ein Datenblatt hier hochladen? Irgendwie finde ich nur zu 
einem ML6250 oder QL6250 (beides ohne "N")etwas, und das ist ein 
Laserdiodentreiber.
Oder meinst du die doppelte Halbbrücke L6205?

Schau dir da an, wo Logik-und Power-Ground angeschlossen werden und wie 
die Verbunden werden sollen. Sehr nett gemachte Dokumentation, die es 
einem als Entwickler einfacher machen!
