Datenblatt für Funkfernbedienungs-IC gesucht

Hallo,

ich habe eine Funkfernbedienung für Funksteckdosen in welcher ein 
CS5215GO-R4 (von Semico) verbaut ist. Diese Fernbedienung möchte ich 
gern mit einem AVR ansteuern. Aber ich habe auch nach intensivem Suchen 
leider kein Datenblatt zu dem IC gefunden.

Das hier habe ich gefunden:

Kennt jemand hier den IC und weiß, wo ich ein passendes Datenblatt 
herbekommen kann? Vielleicht ist das ja auch ein Nachbau von einem 
bekannteren Teil...
