ich suche f. die 2 IC's (XTA9350) im Bild ein Datenblatt und eine
Bezugsquelle, hat jemand eine Idee? oder event. einen Chip?

Die Platine ist in einem Motorsteuergeraet von VDO verbaut
und es sind anscheinend die Treiber f. die Endstufen der
Zuendspulen.

kann keiner dienen, hat jemand von euch eines gesehen?, dann
bitte hier hochladen, danke!

Das wird ein kundenspezifisches IC sein, das von Motorola für den 
Hersteller des Motorsteuergerätes produziert wird. Wenn es davon ein 
Datenblatt gibt, dann hat das VDO und wird es nicht 'rausrücken.

Notes: 1. The algebraic convention, where most negative value is a

Typical values are for DESIGN AID ONLY, not guaranteed or subject to

min. 5. Flatness is defined as the difference between the maximum and 
minimum value of On-Resistance measured. 6. Leakage parameters are 100% 
tested at maximum rated hot temperature and guaranteed by correlation at 
+25ºC. 7. Off Isolation = 20log10 [ VCOM / (VNO or VNC) ]. See Figure 4.

Features
The DIDA2E198 uses Commands to initiate the memory operation functions. 
The Commands are written to the device by asserting WE# Low while 
keeping CE# Low. The address bus is latched on the falling edge of WE# 
or CE#, whichever occurs last. The data bus is latched on the rising 
edge of WE# or CE#, whichever occurs first.
