einsetzen. Dass LM1117 nicht geeignet waren, war mir klar.
Zuerst fand ich den MCP1825S (Micrchip), der kann Keramik-Cs:
1 | The MCP1825/MCP1825S requires a minimum output
2 | capacitance of 1 μF for output voltage stability.
3 | Ceramic capacitors are recommended because of their
4 | size, cost and environmental robustness qualities.
5 | Aluminum-electrolytic and tantalum capacitors can be
6 | used on the LDO output as well. The Equivalent Series
7 | Resistance (ESR) of the electrolytic output capacitor
8 | must be no greater than 1 ohm. The output capacitor
9 | should be located as close to the LDO output as is
10 | practical. Ceramic materials X7R and X5R have low
11 | temperature coefficients and are well within the
12 | acceptable ESR range required. A typical 1 μF X7R
13 | 0805 capacitor has an ESR of 50 milli-ohms.
14 | Larger LDO output capacitors can be used with the
15 | MCP1825/MCP1825S to improve dynamic
16 | performance and power supply ripple rejection
17 | performance. A maximum of 22 μF is recommended.
18 | Aluminum-electrolytic capacitors are not recommended
19 | for low temperature applications of < -25°C.

6 V Input
spezifiziert und ich hatte knapp 12 V. Mist. Die zweite Schaltung sollte
von 4,5 bis >12 V laufen, die erste von ca. 4 bis max. 5 V. Also weiter
gesucht:
beliebige Ausgangskondensatoren geeignet:
1 | High efficiency is
2 | assured by NPN pass transistor. In fact in this
3 | case, unlike than PNP one, the quiescent current
4 | flows mostly into the load. Only a very common
5 | 10 μF minimum capacitor is needed for stability.
unbedingt vergleichbar!
