Weil es bei dem ARM JTAG Stecker noch mehrer Signale, gibt, und dieser
einheitlich gehalten wird..
Wenn du keinen Platz hast kannst du aber auch gerne kleinere Stecker
nehmen mit TDI TDO TMS und TCK

Connect to Vdd or leave open in target system.

JTAG designation: Test ReSeT output signal (optional signal).
Typically connected to nTRST on the target, this signal is not
mandatory and can be left unconnected.
