Displays wie das EA DOGS102-6 haben eine Stromaufnahme
von < 300 µA bei 3,3 V. Gibt es ein Displays mit 100 µA
bei 3,3 V?

Ja, gibt es!
Lcd ohne Controller sind extrem sparsam, EInk brauchen im statischen 
Betrieb gar kein Strom .

Oder die Memory LCDs von Sharp sind auch sehr sparsam.
Hab so eins auf einem EFM32 DevBoard, es gibt aber auch Breakoutboards 
aus der Arduino Ecke..

Dein Board habe ich gefunden, das Display allein nicht. Hast du einen 
Link?

Solche Hyperspezialdisplays werden immer viel teurer sein als normale.

Die Memory TFT's von Sharp sind daher auch teuer.
