Was kann ich statt einem BD645 nehmen?

Hallo!

Ich habe gesehen, dass der Darlington-Transistor BD645 nicht mehr 
produziert wird. Ich habe ein paar Transistoren verglichen und bin der 
Meinung, dass ich auch einen BD646 verwenden könnte. Ist meine Annahme 
richtige?

PNP habe ich übersehen, obwohl das schon ein entscheidender Unterschied 
ist ;)

Von EINEM der bisherigen Hersteller (TT Electronics).

Nein, PNP!=NPN.

Nimm einfach einen BD645 von Bourns, Savantic, Comset.
Kessler-Electronic führt angeblich NXP.
