TFTP - iRMC Flashen - Fujitsu

ich muss bei meinem Server (Tx1320m3) folgendes iRCM update aufspielen. 
Ich hab zwar ein TFTP Server nur verstehe ich nur Bahnhof wohin ich mich 
dann verbinden soll und wie ich das Update aufspielen soll?

Vlt. kennt sich jemand hier mit Fujitsu etwas aus?

TFTP Server

  1) Download the FW-Image  "*.bin"  from SW-Pool for your system.

  2) Copy the file to the filesystem root (or other configured 
directory)
     of your TFTP server.

  3) Start the TFTP Server.

Configure iRMC S4 TFTP Settings with the iRMC S4 WEB IF.

  1) Connect with your Browser to the iRMC S4 IP-Adress.

  2) Go to iRMC  / TFTP Update:
       - TFTP Server: IP-Adress of your TFTP Server
       - Update File: Filename of downloaded FW-Image
       - TFTP Flash Selector (configure the FW-Image you want to update)
          * Auto - inactive Firmware : Flash the inactive FW Image
          * Low Firmware Image       : Flash the Low Firmware Image
          * High Firmware Image      : Fash the High Firmware Image

  3) Check your settings with Button "TFTP Test"

  4) Start the FW-update with "TFTP Start"

  5) Set the Firmware Selector (iRMC S4 / iRMC S4 Information) to the 
Image
     you want to start on next system reboot
