Hättest Du auch früher sagen können ;-)
Auf der ST-Seite steht:
"Starting from Windows® 10, the STSW-STM32102 driver is no more adequate
and the usage of the native inbox driver is recommended."
Zu "native inbox driver" sagt Microsoft:
"If there is an inbox driver or a preinstalled driver that matches a
device, Windows automatically installs the driver that has the best
match to the device. Windows will not prompt the user to insert a
distribution medium. In addition, Windows does not attempt to access
Windows Update to determine whether there is a Windows Update driver
that is a better match than the drivers that are already installed on
the computer."

Meiner Erinnerung nach brauchte ich bei W10 auch gar ncihts zu machen,
der COM-Port lief ohne zusätzliche Installation.
Hast Du mal einen anderen USB-Port ausprobiert?
