Programming TMS570LC4357 via JTAG

Hi,
I shall use a 8Bit AVR uC to program an TMS570LC4357 through JTAG.
Unfortunately, I cannot find anything online for the target chip.
Do you know any providers of a related software programmer library?

Start at looking at openocd and how and maybe what it handles of the 
TMS57

There are all details for JTAG, SWD etc etc.
