Vollständiges Datenblatt über SDA 5273 gesucht

Moin,

ich bin auf der Suche nach einem vollständigen Datenblatt über den SDA 
5273 von Siemens. Im Internet findet man nur eine Kurzausgabe mit 30 
Seiten. Ich meine mich allerdings erinnern zu können, dass es von 
Siemens in den 90ern eine CD mit Datenblättern gegeben hat. Und da war 
das Datenblatt zum Chip auch mit drauf. Hat die jemand von Euch noch 
griffbereit und könnte mir das Datenblatt zur Verfügung stellen?

Das geht schon in die richtige Richtung. Da gab es aber noch eine 
dickere Schwarte mit "mehr Hardware drin." Ich hatte mir in den 90ern 'n 
halben A4-Ordner vollgedruckt, weil ich mir einen eigenen Dekoder damit 
bauen wollte. Der Ordner ist nur leider vor 11 Jahren beim Umzug 
recycled worden.

Die entsprechende Basis-Doku für den SDA 5273 heisst wohl "MEGATEXT 
Documentation Volume 1", ein "Volume 2" gibt es ebenfalls. Darauf 
beziehen sich die diversen "Delta Specifications". Für den Nachfolger 
SDA 5275 ("Megatext Plus") findet man ebenfalls die Delta Specification, 
die Basis-Doku scheint aber ein Problem zu sein.

Die Basis-Doku IST das Problem. Ich kam doch nicht mehr auf den Namen 
der Schwarte.

I was wondering if you were ever able to locate the MEGATEXT Volume 1 
documentation?

I can see that it was once available on Infineon's website, but the 
Wayback Machine doesn't seem to have archived the PDFs properly 
(mega1_01.pdf etc.):

Ich habe mehrere Siemens-CDs um 1997, auf einer sind zwei PDFs zu 
5273(C) von 1997, aber nur 489 bzw. 226 kB, dazu ein mega2_08.pdf 
29.9.1997 46,4 KB.
Das war wohl zu früh, die ausführliche Doku muss neuer sein.

Eine weitere CD enthält mega3_06.pdf 15.4.1998 931,6 KB 87 Seiten

Thank you for getting back!

Yes, that copy of mega2_08.pdf is from the MEGATEXT Volume 2 series. I 
think the individual PDFs were all quite small, there were about 20 of 
them that made up the entire documentation of the chip's functions.

I've had a look around online and been able to determine that some PDFs 
for the SDA 5273 may have been originally distributed on the "Siemens 
Application Notes 2nd Edition" CD. Is that one of the CDs that you have?

I'd really appreciate it if you could upload the rest of the PDFs or an 
image of the CDs.

Well, these CDROMs are very confused. Seems that without installing a 
windows viewer on that CD it is impossible to search these files. Each 
version uses another order, on my latest CD from jan 2000 there is no 
"mega" file.
