ENC28J60 correct value of PHLCON and mirrored registers

Many enc28j60 drivers write a value like 0x0472 into the PHLCON.

Datasheet Rev.A is ambigous, Rev.B clearly says that the highest nibble 
should be 0011!!
Please correct all your files!

What do these reserved bits mean??


A second thing I noticed:
Before accessing registers 1A..1F it is not necessary to switch the 
bank! This saves much time!
