Alternativ sind die paar Pins schnell gezeichnet und der fussabdruck ist 
schnell zugewiesen. Viel schneller als ueberall herumzufragen. Heisst, 
ich die Dinger immer selber.

I don't think it's there 'directly', but I think it is a pin compatible
8051 and therefore you should be able to take an Intel 8051, copy it to
a new Atmel library and rename it AT89C5.
