ist normalerweise 0x00 (es gibt ja nicht soviel FLASH in einem AVR). Benutzt du in r25 den Wert 0xAC als Magic Code kannst du in den Boot-FLASH schreiben, falls du die Securityfuses entsprechend gesetzt hast. - in ASM ist FlashEnd = FLASH_SIZE_IN_BYTES / 2 -1, sollte also bei dir die Word Addresse
