Welche Kondensatoren am MAX1759

Auszug aus dem Datenblatt des MAX1759:

Note that capacitors must have low ESR (≤20mΩ) to
maintain low output ripple. Ceramic capacitors are
recommended. In cost-sensitive applications where high
output current is needed, the output capacitor may be a
combination of a 1μF ceramic in parallel with a 10μF tantalum
capacitor. The ceramic capacitor’s low ESR will
help keep output ripple within acceptable levels.

Die Kapazitätswerte sind 10µ und 0,33µ; es sollen SMD Bauteile sein,

a)
kann mir jemand bitte sagen / Link welchen Typ(en) Kondensator ich hier 
nehmen muss

b)
bei Reichelt finde ich nur ei paar Tantaltypen - wo gibt es die große 
Auswahl an low ESR SMD Bauteilen ohne dass ich gleich 100Stk kaufen 
muss?
