DG-12232 von Pollin mit SED1520 Controler

Hallo Leute,
habe hier seit tagen mit ein Display von pollin zu kämpfen, und es will 
so richtig nichts werden.
ich verwende ein Mega16 mit 8 Mhz Taktung, angeschlossen ist es wie im 
Programm was ich aus der Bascom Hilfe habe.
Den Kontrast kann ich super über eine negative spannung einstellen aber 
ich bin mir nicht so richtig sicher was ich mit die Anschlüsse von Reset 
und RD/E so mache.
Kann mir jemand weiter helfen wie die Anschlüsse richtig gesetzt werden 
?
