Maskenproblem: Freescale S12X und Codewarrior zickt..

Hallo,
Ich habe ein paar neue S12X256 hier, leider tun's die nicht mit meiner 
alten Codewarrior-Umgebung (flashen/debuggen streikt). Die MCUs sind 
baugleich zu welchen, mit denen alles schon mal ging (vor 2 Jahren 
etwa). Ich habe herausbekommen, dass Freescale in der Zwischenzeit ein 
neues Silicon verwendet. Erstmal die Fehlermeldung des Debuggers:

Die Maskenbezeichnung der Chips, bei denen noch alles klappte war: OL15Y
Jetzt ist es: 1M84E - und will nicht mehr :(
Weiss jemand Abhilfe?
