Grafisches LCD

Hallo, ich habe ein 256*64 LCD aus einem alten Telefon ausgebaut. Es hat 
einen HD61830 Controller. Hat jemand eine Ahnung (oder Sourcecode) wie 
man das Teil ansteuert? Die Belegung kenn ich, mit Dot-Matrix LCDs hatte 
ich auch noch keine Probleme, aber grafisch scheint das ganz anders zu 
funktionieren.
