Power supply Unit 200 V DC

Hi. I'm looking for a power supply device. The output voltage should be 200V DC. The voltage range can be betwwen 175 and 225V. I need 5 Amps. Input voltage: 230V AC. How can I bulid this power supply unit? Or where can I buy one of these? It depends on how much money you can spend, how much time you have, how much experience with developing electronics and how the further data from the powersupply look like.
