Hallo! Ich arbeite an einem Projekt und verwende dabei den µC SAB80C537 von Infineon. Ich habe eine Frage zum internen ADC. Wie hoch darf die maximale Spannung am Eingang sein um den µC nicht zu beschädigen, und wodurch kann ich den µC vor einer zu hohen Spannung beim ADC schützen (Spannungsregler?). Hi Siegfried, hier mal ein Auszug aus meinem Datenblatt der 80C51x Reihe: "The reference voltage supply has to meet some requirements concerning the level of VAGND and VAREF and the output impedance of the supply voltage (see also "A/D Converter Characteristics" in the data sheet). The voltage VAREF must meet the following specification: VAREF = VCC +/ 5 % The voltage VAGND must meet a similar specification: VAGND = VSS + / 0.2 V The differential output impedance of the analog reference supply voltage should be less than 1 kOhm. lf the above mentioned operating conditions are not met the accuracy of the converter may be decreased. Furthermore, the analog input voltage VAINPUT must not exceed the range from (VAGND 0.2 V) to VAREF + 0.2 V). Otherwise, a static input current might result at the corresponding analog input which will also affect the accuracy of the other input channels." Hoffe, das hilft weiter. Ich empfehle allerdings, dass du dir das aktuelle Datenblatt holst, und dort noch mal nachguckst. Und um den ADC zu schützen, erstens würde ich die Referenz-Spannung nach Möglichkeit (hängt vom Projekt ab) von der gleichen Spannungsquelle holen, die die Versorgung des Controllers bildet. Eine Spannungsschwankung kann somit nur auf beide wirken, was sicherstellt, dass Vref nicht größer wird als VCC. Und Vref über eine Induktivität und einen Kondensator entstören. Mehr zum Schutz fällt mir gerade nicht ein. Sonst noch jemand ne Idee? Gruß Ralf
