Xilinx bitgen Fehler

Hallo,

ich habe ein Problem mit ISE 14.1, Spartan 6

Bitgen bricht mit folgender aussagekräftiger Fehlermeldung ab:

Started : "Generate Programming File".
Running bitgen...

Hat sich erledigt. Plötzlich standen doch Fehlermeldungen da.
