Hallo, ich versuche eine Treiberschaltung mit einem TC4452 für einen Mosfet in LTspice zu simulieren. Leider bekomm ich,obwohl ich die Schaltung bereits auf ein Minimum reduziert hab, immer die Fehlermeldung "Analysis: Time step too small, time= ...." Ich weiß mittlerweile nicht mehr was ich noch probieren kann und kenn mich ehrlich gesagt auch nicht so perfekt mit ltspice aus :/ Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen und vielen Dank schonmal im Voraus!

Deine PULSE Anweisung ist in Summe länger als der .tran Wert. So sehe ich das. Das würde auch die Fehlermeldung erklären, die Du leider nicht vollständig gepostet hast.
Sorry... "Analysis: Time step too small; Time=2.98352e-008, timestep=1.25e-019: trouble with u2:ss31-instance s:u2:31" ist die komplette Fehlermeldung.
Ich hab die Pulse Anweisung mal gekürzt, aber es bringt keine Veränderung.
Das .sym wäre auch nicht schlecht.
