Wie PIC24FJ64GA002 brennen

Hallo liebe PIC Freunde,

ich habe absolut von PIC Prozessoren keine Ahnung.
Aber nun muss ich den PIC24FJ64GA002 mit einem fertigen Hex File 
brennen.

Wäre es ein 8051, ARM oder AVR hätte ich alle Tools, aber für einen PIC 
habe ich nichts.

Was brauche ich um den PIC24FJ64GA002 zu brennen?

Dann kaufe ich das Teil mal, so teuer ist das ja zum Glück nicht.

Noch eine Frage:

Welche Software brauche ich dafür?
Und ist die Kostenlos?

MPLAB X IDE und den XC16 (C) Compiler oder ASM16 (ASM). ASM16 ist beim 
XC16 dabei. Sind alle kostenlos, wenn du beim XC16 auf Teile der 
Optimierung verzichten kannst. Ich glaube auch für kommerzielle 
Verwendung.
