Probleme mit ATmega8 per ISP programmieren

Hallo!
Ich habe mit dem ATmega8 eine Schaltung aufgebaut (die soweit auch
funktioniert). Allerdings muss ich den m8 zum Programmieren immer ins
STK500 einsetzen, weil ich vom AVRStudio immer folgende Fehlermeldung
bekomme:

"ISP Mode Error

A problem occured when executing the command. See the command output
for more info.

Tip: Check that the ISP programming frequency specified on the
'Board' page is well below 1/4 of the clock frequency of the device.
Extra precaution schould be made when using the CKDIV fuse and/or Clock
Prescaler Register (CLKPR) on parts supporting this. If this does not
help, check your connections.

See the the troubleshooting section in the help system for more
information on what may have caused the problems."

Der m8 läuft intern auf 4MHz. Wie der 6polige ISP-Adapter angeschaltet
ist, hab ich in einem Bildchen angehängt. Ich verbinde zum
Programmieren einfach den Stecker "ISP6PIN" vom STK500 mit meiner
Schaltung. Habt ihr ne Idee wo mein Problem liegt?
