am encountering an issue in Atmel Studio 7.0 while attempting to flash the microcontroller ATSAMC21N18A. The error occurs during debugging, and I am unable to read the device ID. Strangely, the debugging process works on the old PCB board with the same microcontroller, where I only modified the size and the form factor. How can I resolve the 'unable to activate interface' error and successfully debug the new PCB ?
