frequency conveter for a single phase motor

hello everyone,

i am having troubles with finding a good single phase input single phase 
output frequency converter which is able to run my suction bypass motor. 
the requirment is 230v input with 1200W or 1500W, also i need to control 
the VFD through my PC so need a good communication system in built. if 
anyone has any thoughts please let me know. thank you

This has a reason. Most single phase motors will not run with lower 
frequency from FU. That means will only work when lower voltage does it.
