Avrdude 5.2 und AT90S2313

Hallo zusammen,
ich habe unter Linux mein Avrdude von 5.1 auf 5.2 aktualisiert und kann 
seit dem keinen AT90S2313 mehr beschreiben. Mit Version 5.1 war dies 
noch möglich. Ich bekomme folgende Ausgabe:

Hat jemand eine Idee dazu ? Andere MC von Atmel ( ATMega8, ATTiny2313 ) 
funktionieren.
