Hallo, bei meinem Philips-Oszi war ein Wackler an einem Beinchen eines Kleinsignaltransistors BF199. Wackeln am Transistor brachte Besserung oder Verschlechterung. Neuer Transistor --> Problem weg! Nach vier Tagen war dann der Hochspannungstrafo defekt.... Gruß

einer Leiterplatte? Mal gewackelt und gedrückt? Ein ganz kurioser Fehler war mal ein Transistor BF199 in einem Philips Oszi PMxxxx, wo ein Transistor einen Wackler an einem der Anschlußdrähte innen im Gehäuse hatte. Wackeln am Gehäuse veränderte die Y-Position des einen Kanals. Bei einem großen

Ich verwende einen BF199. Ich bin nicht so der Profi was Transistorschaltungen angeht also habe ich das ganze halt mit den Widerständen die ich hatte ausprobiert und warum das ganze bei 10V ging kann ich auch nicht sagen
