viele µC-Hersteller auch der Grund, auf MCS-51 zu setzen. Ich hab noch ein altes Datenblatt des P89C669 gefunden. Das war ein 8051 auf 24Bit Adreßraum aufgebohrt, d.h. je 8MB Code und RAM waren adressierbar. Der Zugriff erfolgte über 2 24Bit Pointer aus je 3 Registern. Ob der P89C669 je produziert
