Hi, ich denke was Du suchst ist: LP2951 von Nat.Semi. Super lowdrop und als 3,3V fix output erhältlich. Sind dann im SO8 Gehäuse. Ausgangsspannung kann auch bei niedrigem Strom als Referenz herhalten... (je nach Genauigkeit) P.S.:

mir stimmen die Speisungen. Dies weil ich zB immer stecke, nie loete. Und immer einen guenstigen LP2951/LP2950 LDO Spannungsregler vorne dran habe. Der bringt seine Spannung und reduziert bei thermischer Ueberlast. Den kann ich mit 5V am Eingang laufen lassen, hinten kommmen noch 4.7V raus. Das reicht
