Mieten über Airbnb?

Ich suche eine Wohnung in Neu-Ulm, für einige Jahre, und bekam auf eine 
Anfrage diese Antwort:


The apartment pictures are attached!
You can rent the apartment for min. 2 months and max. 5 years but we can 
renew the contract. The apartment is fully furnished, but if you want, 
you can rent it unfurnished. The utilities costs are included.
As I told you in my first e-mail, I am  with my work right now. Before 
leaving Germany I had prearranged the deal with Airbnb Company so my 
presence isn't necessary. The keys and all needed papers are in their 
possession, ready for delivery. You will have 3 days to inspect the the 
apartment before rent it. Airbnb will start the delivery for the keys 
and the contract to you, but first you must deposit the value of 1 
rental month+deposit(500 E) will be 950 euro in their account. So if you 
want to make this deal please login to the www.Airbnb.com website, and 
after that please send me the following details:

Full name and address
Shipping address
Airbnb username

After I'll receive your details I will forward them to Airbnb and I will 
proceed the order. Airbnb will contact you with all the details that you 
need, to complete this deal. Waiting your email with the requested 
details.


Aber wie seriös ist das?

Betrug. Bei airbnb mietet man direkt über die Plattform und nicht über 
irgendwelche Mails und deposits

Aha, danke für die Hinweise.
Unseriös finde ich schon das jemand nur in Englisch schreibt, über eine 
Wohnung in Neu-Ulm.

Übrigens ging es in meinem Fall um die Wohnung Gartenstraße 9, 89231, 
Neu-Ulm.

Wenn man nach der Adresse sucht bekommt man einiges bei Immoscout usw. 
Vielleicht darüber mal den Anbieter ausfindig machen.
Es gibt ja einige Fälle wo von Unbekannten Wohnungen angeboten werden 
und der Originalbesitzer nichts davon weiß.

Lass Google einfach mal nach den ersten 3 Zeilen der Mail suchen, dann 
weißt du, was du da bekommen hast.

Wenn du dann immer noch da etwas mieten willst, dann kannst du die 950€ 
auch an mich überweisen, von mir bekommst du die gleiche Gegenleistung 
;-)

Aha, der Text wird also per copy&paste übernommen.
Übrigens habe ich mir allein schon wegen skupellosen Vermietern auf 
meine Checkliste gesetzt direkt nach der Schlüsselübergabe zumindest den 
Schließzylinder der Wohnungstür auszutauschen, damit da nicht jeder mit 
Nachschlüseln rein kann. Das kann man ja leicht kontrollieren.
